Within the first 10 minutes, I got what I was looking for – an origin story montage, a hearing aid, and “Rogers the Musical”. Looking forward to binging the rest of the episodes. So many elements of the Matt Fraction & David Aja comic book series are present (Lucky the Pizza Dog and the Tracksuit Mafia for starters, as well as the look to the opening sequence).

Don’t Look Up (movie, Netflix)

Cynical & satirical
Definitely not a feel good movie or a laugh riot

It has that Cohen Brothers sense of seriousness and absurdity with a few notes of Dr. Strangelove. Takes a fair number of shots at media circuses, corporate America, politics, and the spin each puts on a crisis.
